Like pollution and global warming the above question is acting like burning problem now-a-days among the students. There are so many remedials across the internet but the resuls are somewhere very disappointed. In modern growing world our attention is not stationary rather its dynamic and unable to make it to stay at one place while doing something. How to increase the concentration towards studies or how to focus towards study, this questions is often asked by the students. Here are some tips and tricks to improve the attention or concentration towards study. All the tips are helpful for those students who are struggling to focus but fails.

The living our life is an art. You have to dicovered yourself how to survive? because no two individuals in the world are same. There are individual differences. As our problems are not same, so our solutions also may not be same. But some points that help you to face the problems in life like how to increase concentration towards studies, or how to focus on study are discussed below.

 

 

1. Try to set goal of life: Everything that’s happening for some reasons whether it may be unknown to us. The displacement of position towards something/somewhere is called goal or mission. It may be our aim in life, our daily works, or other natural or man made phenomena. Students have to set long term goal to progress in life. The tendency towards goal will make you hardworking and it will keep your concentration in studying or working to achieve it.

2. Maintain discipline: Discipline is necessary for the students. Its a mandatory part of school curriculum. If we perform our daily tasks in disciplinary manner it will help in habbit formation. Good habit is the key to success. Discipline will also increase the concentration towards something like study or doing any task.

For example, if you read daily 6 hours at night in a disciplinary way it will make habbit and this will increase your focus towards study.

3. Diet and exercise: Proper diet and exercise are also important factors for increasing concentration towards study. Healthy food is required for proper body growth and development of brain and other organs. Likewise, daily exercise will make our organ healthy and disease free. It will increase the blood flow towards varoius parts of our body.

4. Avoid bad habbits: During students life so many bad habbits are formed which can’t be avoid later. These bad habbits diverts students attention towards destruction of life. Keep those bad habbits away and try to focus on your goal.

5. Avoid bad companions: Friend circle also play an important role in attention or concentration towards goal. Good friends will always suggest you good thing and vice versa.

6. Self activities: No two individuals are same. There are differences among the people of the world. Our problems are different so our solutions are also different. Discover some inner potentials to achieve your goal. Suppose, if you have problem in attention while studying, try to stable you mind and follow the below tricks

A. Stare at moving hands of clock daily for at least 5 minutes.

B. Close you both eye for at least 5 minutes daily and think something or try to solve a problem.

C. Breath heavily and try to memorize some partially forgotten topic from your book.

D. Always remember something while eating, bathing, sitting etc.

E. Drink plenty of fresh water daily.

F. Always think positive.
